I have been trying to upgrade my wordpress plan but could not upgrade my plan.May be because am in Nigeria.I am deadly in need of help upgrading my plan from Nigeria.

If you have access to a credit card with billing address outside of Nigeria, you can try upgrading with that.
Alternatively, WordPress.com accepts Bitcoin, which you can read more about at http://www.weusecoins.com/

Perhaps you can subscribe to a prepaid credit card from outside Nigeria and use it to purchase your upgrades. If you search for “prepaid credit card” on Google, you may find the right place to buy one online:
