Problems Importing Blog from Tumblr

I was importing my blog from Tumblr and the status was stuck at 0 for over an hour so I followed the instructions at the top of the page and clicked both ‘Clear Account Information’ and ‘Disconnect from Tumblr’ to get it to stop. When I tried to start over, it gave me an error that reads, ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete.’ Can you please tell me if it’s still importing and, if not, how I can get it to start over so it actually imports properly? Thank you in advance!

Due to the changes at tumblr there is currently heavy traffic at the WordPress.com importer so please be patient as staff work through the backlog. They need to reset your importer themselves. -

I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.
If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.
If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.

Hi there! It’s been about 26 hours since I started the last import attempt and the progress is still at zero. What can I do to get this import started?

I’ve had a look at the import status and it is still queued up. There’s a bit of a line to work through before the import can begin – This is because of the large influx of Tumblr blogs coming to us.
Normally, the process would start immediately. It should still finish with in 24 hours of the start.
Make sure that your Tumblr blog remains connected to WordPress.com as that will cause it to fail once initiated.
