Problems in Admin Dashboard – can't save, preview or update posts

Since earlier today I’ve had serious issues with trying to save, preview and update blog posts. I get a “Connection was rest” message from Firefox. Sometimes I can’t even get to my WordPress login page. If I am able to log in I can bring up a post, but it goes to the above error message if saving/updating/publishing is attempted. Sometimes I get this error from WordPress instead, but not as often:

I can’t always even view my blog simply using the links on my website. I looked at my site via Megaproxy and then viewing the site/blog is fine.
From some other posts it sounds like there are similar issues. I am in Fairfax, Virginia, United States. My ISP is Cox.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
