Problems in renewing my domain

  I think my domains expires today, but I still did not receive any message from the WordPress. I know that I need to go to Store – My Upgrades, but in my dashbord there is not this option. What should I do? Thanks

  You need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user that owns an upgrade to renew it – is there another account that you might have used to purchase the upgrade?

  If you don’t see a Store >> My Upgrades you are not logged in as an Admin

  Yes, The problem about to be logged in the exact account I’ve already solved. Now, I can see the options “Store – My Upgrades”, but, according to the instructions, I should see the option “Renew”, but I can not because my domains expired today. So, please, I need to know what I should do to renew my already expired domain if I do not see the option “Renew”. Thanks a lot.
