Problems linking my author name to biography info

  Hi. I am the owner of a blog http://www.prynews.com my name is nana smith. When I try and click on my name right by the post as you will see on my blog entries on my front page, I want it to link to my biography. I am using the simple catch template. Can you please give me a step by step in laymen’s terms on how to do this. Presently when you click my name, it just reloads the home page. thank you, I am new to this.
