Problems Logging In

I have logged into my wordpress account, and when I go to edit my site, I am taken to this URL: https://(my url)/wp-login.php. I put in the same log in information I used to get into the WordPress account but get an Error notice that says there is no account with that username or email address.
How do I recover my login information?
Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
WP.com: Unknown

Can you clarify where you’re trying to log in? Of note, you could have two different logins for “WordPress”:
1. Your login for your website that you access at
/wp-login.php
2. Your login for your WordPress.com user account. https://wordpress.com/meThe login you use to log into WordPress.com (number 2) is not the same login you use on your website (number 1 above).
Also, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at Bluehost.
We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
If you don’t remember your login for your site (number 1), you should reach out to Bluehost for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this issue. You can reach them here:
