Problems logging in

I am unable to log in to edit the website I created in 2016 and then updated a couple of times in 2017. My username is not recognized – it is definitely the correct one. I cannot do account recovery because I do not have any of the ownership verification tools named on the form by WordPress. Is there a number I can call? P.S. I used free service.
