  Hi I am having problems logging into my account. I have tried to reset my password, but I don’t get the email with the link. Please help. Thank you so much.

  Hi –

  Make sure you are checking the email address associated with the WordPress.com user account.

  It might help to try and request the new password using a different browser too.
