Problems logging in, getting Not Found and Unused errors. ???

    I have a WP site StairsAcademy.org. I had been logged in trying to install a Theme, but it was not working. So, I went to get tech support for the Theme, from where I purchased it. Their form asked me to supply my WP log in, so they could see what the problem was.

    I went to log in to StairsAcademy.org/wp-admin, to double check what my password was, and I couldn’t. I have 2 passwords I generally use. I tried both and they did not work.

    So, I clicked ‘Forgot password’ and it said enter your email, to be sent password reset info. I entered my email I use with WordPress. It told me I don’t have an account associated with that email! How is that possible?? I am logged into WordPress right now to make this Tech support request, using that email account.

    So, I can’t log in, I can’t reset my password because it is not accepting my email address. I am stuck, dead in the water.

    Then, to top it off I started getting error msgs as if WP was broken somehow by me trying to log in and recover my password.

    Under StairsAcademy.com/wp-admin it said:

    ‘Not Found!

    The requested URL /wp-ada 404 error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.’

    I refreshed the screen and tried to log in again. I got this:

    Under the URL: StairsAcademy.org/wp-admin.php it said:

    unused

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was not able to complete your request.
    Please contact the server administrator, (email visible only to moderators and staff) and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.’

    I have no idea what is going on, but I pray you can help me.

    Looks like your blog is self hosted with a WordPress.org theme, and not one hosted on WordPress.com
