Problems logging in with WordPress and Mystile, as well at Chart page not working

    I’ve been working for a long while now to get my website in working order. First it was getting the SSL to work. When I FINALLY got it to work the Chart page for my site does not work saying that it is forbidden on the server. I also cannot log in. I’ve been asking everywhere for help and can’t seem to get any guidance.
