Problems logging into PAID for website

  I have a wordpress account with a couple of blogs. I signed up and purchased a domain with Bluehost and set up a page with WordPress, the three blogs (two .wordpress ones and the paid doman one). I can login to WordPress fine but when I try to access the paid doman blog it asks me to login again, It doesn’t accept my wordpress password and it won’t reset the password either. I just want the three blogs to work seamlessly on the one account without having to login to a bunch of different accounts. Also for some reason my Gravatar doesn’t show up on my paid for doman blog but it does on the other two.

  Hi thetoucan,

  Because your website http://www.tucanminima.com is self hosted, you will need to install the Jetpack plugin in order to administer it from your WordPress.com account.

  Hi, thanks for your reply.
  I have update Jetpack. but all my draft posts have disappeared and it won’t let me do anything. It takes me to a login page doesn’t accept my password and won’t let me reset my password.
  I can’t do anything with the blog.
  Any idea how I can move hosting from Bluehost to WordPress so that I don’t get these problems?
  Or any idea how to get in touch with WordPress to fix the issues? I can’t find any help except this forum which I assume is Joe Public and not the back end of WordPress….
  I am not very technical (as you may have gathered).

  Hi,

  I’m not too familiar with Jetpack I’m afraid! There is a support doc here that may be of help.
  You can also contact Jetpack support here.

  Once you can log-in you could import your site content into WordPress.com and map your domain to your new WordPress site.
