Problems mapping my WP-DN after purchase. Please Help!

  I’m being asked for “validation” and don’t know what that means. Doesn’t the sys recognize my WP accounnt with the same name? Why am I being asked to validate the DN in the mapping process? I’ve read many pages and re-watched the vid, but don’t see anything telling me how to validate the DN or why I need to do that since it’s already in WP.
