Problems my fault, I think

    Regarding my problems with support. I believe we have been working at cross purposes, mostly the result of my uninformed self. The problem, I think, is that I’m using GeneratePress. I’m going to join their support site since it’s geared more to that theme. I’ve been told by a professional developer that I should not have the WordPress Business Plan–that I should have the Personal Plan. I would appreciate learning how to make this change–back to the Personal. Thank you for all the interest and help.

    It is always better to continue in one thread rather than starting new ones as then staff and volunteers can see what has led you to this point.
    I’m afraid you can only use a theme really designed for the WordPress.org software here at WordPress.com if you have a Business plan. A Personal plan would mean having to choose a different theme completely.
