Problems opening first level menu tabs

  Hi there,

  I have a question about the menu navigation of Arcade theme template we use for our website: http://euparticipation.org/. We have a customised menu and noticed that when we click on the first level tabs (Why e-Participation, May 7 in your country, Competition, Conference and Workshops), nothing happens. But their sub-level menu tabs open just fine. What could be the issue? How can we fix this? It would be very helpful if anyone could point me.

  Hi!

  I believe that you’ve created Static Parent Tabs on your site:

  Menus

  Depending on where you’d like the first level tabs to link, you can make the adjustments inside the Menus page. I am including a link that might be useful for this:

  Thanks for pointing out the possible issue! :)

  I never intended to create static parent tabs and didn’t do anything special. I’m still wondering how to make them clickable again (once they were before I’ve added the sub-pages!). I don’t see URL field in the page settings… (don’t see how to attach a screenshot).

  Hm, to where should these tabs point – a category, a specific page or to somewhere else?

  You can take a screenshot of your screen and then upload it to imgur for example and paste that URL here so that we can all check that menu and find a way to assist.

  Also, I’d be happy to have a quick chat/skype so that we can solve this in a few minutes. Just let me know :)

  Hi!

  Thanks to Dakisha for trying to help! :)

  For now I’ve found an alternative solution which is not ideal but still… created custom link tabs as parent tabs, moved parent tabs with content as sub-tabs. So I end up having one extra sub-tab. But as before, parent tabs (=custom links) aren’t clickable yet.

  If anyone knows a solution to this, please share it. Thanks!
