Problems pointing domain to another website

  Hi everyone,

  I’ll appreciate any help I can get.
  I bought a domain on wordpress.com and I’m trying to point it to my online store. I edited the DNS records but the both ‘versions’ of the domain are not pointing to the same place.

  http://www.dearbiblepeople.com points to the desired location,
  but dearbiblepeople.com (without the www) still points to my wordpress.com blog.

  How do I fix this? I’m confused.
  Please help!
