problems posting videos from url option – just started to happen

  hi there, I ‘m a freelance videographer and need to post my lates vid on my site.. I usually use the from url option to post my vimeo lnks.. for some reason when attempting to post this time nothing seems to happen after i finish writing the url link [vimeo http://www.vimeo.com/30045967%5D and then click insert into post…
  is there a bug? do i need to update?

  if anyone can help this would be great as its quite important for me

  I’m not quite clear on whether or not you are using the short code for vimeo or not. I find the short codes work for me. http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/vimeo/#embedding-with-a-shortcode
