Problems reactivating expired hosting

    I missed the notifications that our payment method needed updating for our hosting to renew. I have renewed our ‘Creator’ subscription for two years as of this morning and I have followed the instructions to reactivate our previous hosting configuration. However, on the Hosting screen it just says ‘Please wait while we activate the hosting features’. It has been almost 2 hours, how long should that take?

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Note: that URL in the original post is showing the free placeholder site, not our real site. Does any one know how to get actual WordPress help FROM WORDPRESS instead of the forum?
