Problems reading some pm

  Hello,
  I cannot read some private massages from other people. I use Surface with internet Explorer. The problem occurs only by some people and it’s seldom possible to read or write to them.

  Do anyone also have the same problem? Plz help,

  If i klick the bell, after that i klick on a message, i cannot read the message…it is empty…but they wrote me..i see it on the preview. Thank u for helping me

  Hm, and this happens only with Internet Explorer? Have you tried other browsers? Do you have the latest version of it? Could you disable any add-ons you might have installed and activated? Just to make sure whether one of them is not causing this issue.
