Problems receiving notifications of completed registration forms

We have created a registration form on our wordpress site for an event we’re hosting. we’ve had a few individuals contact us saying they’ve registered, but we have received no email or notification of it. it worked when we tested it ourselves, and it has worked once since, but we don’t have a way of telling how many registrants we have missed and will continue to miss. Is there anything you can see from your support end? any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi there,
Any time someone successfully submits a contact form on your site, it is recorded under Feedback > Feedback in your site’s WP Admin dashboard.
If you didn’t receive a notification, the form submission may be incorrectly marked as spam — you can check that by clicking the “Spam” link at the top of that Feedback page in the dashboard. If a form submission shouldn’t be marked as spam, you can hover over it and click the “Not Spam” link that appears there.
