Problems removing Jetpack

Hello everyone, since I deleted the Jetpack plugin, my site got screwed, I can not add any new plugins anymore and also when I’m trying to setup woocommerce payment it doesn’t allowed me to do it, even if I deleted the plugin from the directory, the banner of Jetpack is still on my dashboard, any suggestions on how to fix this problem is very much appreciated, thanks

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org ) but hosted elsewhere.
We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.
WooCommerce Payments requires Jetpack, which is why you’re seeing a Jetpack banner – it’s from the Payments plugin, not Jetpack. WooCommerce Payments requires that you’re connected to a WordPress.com user account, which can only be done using Jetpack.
So reinstall Jetpack, connect it to your WordPress.com account, and finish the set up of Payments.
