Problems renewing own domain mapping subscription

Hi, we are trying to renew the subscription to having our own domain, but it fails..can’t make the payment.. need some help please!

You will only be able to renew from the user account that originally set up the domain. Please verify you are logged in correctly and visit your Manage Purchases page to renew. https://wordpress.com/purchases
