Problems renewing WordPress Premium

WordPress premium is set to expire this week. I cannot figure out how to renew it. I tried to purchase it again but the site is saying “you already have this service.” When I go to “my upgrades,” it says “expiring!” but doesn’t show how to renew.
I clicked around and tried to renew but it says “repurchase.” However when I try to purchase, it says “renew.”
Really need help to make sure blog doesn’t go down. It is mapped to a custom domain.

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade for it to access the blog’s dashboard and > Store > My Upgrades and renew.Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

Sorry to hear about the issues you’re having. Can you kindly log out and log in as the user “myownguitarblog” and give the renewal another go? The upgrades were purchased under that account, and that may be the reason why you’re having trouble renewing it. Let me know if this continues to be a problem. Best of luck!
