Hy!
My name is Claudia and I am writing you because I have some problems when I try to scheduled my posts. Despite the fact that I am doing this correctly the function does not work properly.
Instead of “scheduled” it appears “last modified” and the date when the post should be published. When time comes the post it is not published.
I have done some test today with another user of my blog who has right as an author and he is able to do the schedule. The function works for him.
So, I kindly ask you to verify my blog malfunction, because it seems to be a problem with the functions of my user.

Are you aware that scheduled posts do not actually publish until there’s a visitor to the blog? That’s what triggers their publication.

Yes, I know that.
My problem seems to be different because I schedueled my post and I do not see it as it is schedueled. It apears like it is only modified.
It is normal that my post which it has been schedueled to apear as “last modified” and not as “schedueled?
How can I sent a print screen? Maybe you can understand me better if you see it. -
That’s why I tagged the thread for a Staff follow-up. Please post screenshot, upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.

The file name is test.jpg and it can be found now in media library.
As you can see from the date I have 2 posts scheduled.
One for tomorrow an one for 30.05. None of them apears to be scheduled.
But post made by the other user (pinarad) appears to be ok. The post named test2 was published after a scheduled has been made. And the other one is waiting. -

Hi @Claudia,
I took a look at your site and the screenshots that you sent (thank you very much for those!), and I think that the issue is that you may be scheduling your posts, but then your articles are only getting saved as drafts rather than being Scheduled for publication.
Remember that when you are setting a publication date, there is an OK button to set the date, but then after you click that the button which previously said “Publish” will change to “Schedule”. You’ll need to click that button in order for the post to be properly scheduled for publication!
