problems seeing video when uploaded?

I have uploaded a video to my blog using video press, and the audio plays, but the video does not. It is uploaded in .mp4 format, as I have done in the past with success.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there – The bad news is, I’m not sure why this is happening. The good news is, if you use the full URL of the video instead of the shortcode, that works:
http://suburbanstitcher.files.wordpress.com/2013/09/ep7.mp4We’ve had a report of this in the past, so I’ve added a note to it that it’s happening to you, too. Let me know if you still have trouble!

Thanks. Now another question…because I’m SO not computer savvy. How do I use the full URL instead of the shortcode? I edited the post, and tried to use the full URL, and I think that worked for the blog, but the feed to iTunes is still only paying audio with very clipped video.

Hi there – When you edit the post, remove the following:
`[wpvideo jJ01ZED9]‘
And replace it with the following:
http://suburbanstitcher.files.wordpress.com/2013/09/ep7.mp4Let me know how that works!

I tried that, but it didn’t bring up the player in the post…it just has the link in the post.

OK…I tried it again (I hadn’t tried in a day or so) and it is showing in a video player on the blog. I also just re-downloaded from iTunes and it seems to be working there too! I don’t know what you did, but thank you so much! I’ll be using that full URL from now on.
