Problems setting up account… dont cancel my account- please contact me

I have requested a refund as I couldn’t work the features and wasn’t sure if I needed a premium account- but have now managed to get some features working and am scared I will loose the changes if the template is cancelled. I want o renew the template and hopefully getting it working next week and it appears I also need to get domain mapping rather than transfer the domain to you? Is that correct?

Hi there,
I see that the upgrades were canceled and then repurchased on your account. The upgrades are available at this time.
If you already have a domain registered elsewhere you will need domain mapping which is included in the Premium upgrade. In order to do this, please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:
- NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

You just need to add the Domain Mapping upgrade as I mentioned above by going to Store > My Domains in your Dashboard. It is apart of Premium so you will not have to pay for it.
View the guide that I provided above for more details.

I just updated my DNS records for domain registered with crazy domains and my site cannot be found under either domain name – cant access anything!
So I cancelled the domain mapping. If I re enter mapping to my domain ekocycle.com.au will my wordpress site be active- it appears that my wordpress site is redirecting to my domain name (no DNS hosting for ekocyle simply registered domain name – it should be other way around)
I want my wordpress site with my registered domain name ekocycle.com.au instead of urbansustain.wordpress- do I simply re-enter it and wait 24 hrs to see it active? just hope I haven’t lost my entire site!!

I went to your site, and found that it was loading properly at ekocycle.com.au as seen in the screenshot below:
It can take some time to propagate. If you find that it is still not loading properly, can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
