  Can not sign into website getting an error message. Need to have it set to default theme

  Hey there,

  Can you let me know this in a bit more detail? Are you not able to sign into your WordPress.com account? If so, have you tried changing your password? Here’s how: https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#change-your-password

  Yes, have changed password. Getting the following message
  Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home4/ozfaux/public_html/wp-content/themes/glowline/inc/static-function.php:238) in /home4/ozfaux/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1210

  The person helping on my end has told me that we need to have it set to default theme and that we would then have to begin over with site.

  Hey there,

  The site you’re talking about runs the self-hosted version of WordPress (Also known as WordPress.org), while this is WordPress.com (the service). You’re better off asking questions about self-hosted WordPress over here: https://wordpress.org/support/

  Also, if you want to read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, you can do so here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org

  They have an amazing community full of developers, users and everyone who uses WordPress. I am sure someone will be able to answer it there.

  With that being said, you can just log in to your FTP manually, navigate to /wp-content/themes and delete the “Glowline” theme. Here’s a useful guide: https://www.pickaweb.co.uk/kb/how-to-delete-an-installed-wordpress-theme/

  When I try to log onto wordpress.org in the forum I’m being told that there is no account matching my email (it is the only email we have)

  Hey there,

  WordPress.org and WordPress.com are completely different. You will not be able to log into WordPress.org using your WordPress.com login credentials. You need to register for it separately, from here: https://login.wordpress.org/register
