Problems signing up

I have tried to create an account several times this weekend incl. today. I get Sorry! Something went wrong while we were creating pharmalight.wordpress.com. Please try again.
I have now punched in my bank details so many times that I am afraid that I will discover an empty bank account soon…
I have not received any email from you either to (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff) which I have used while trying to sign up.
Can you please help me?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Good afternoon I am having a bit of an issue. I have an account with a few blogs. My brother attempted to set up a blog and succeed (yay)even going as far as purchasing from you guys the .com (bigpapasmokem.com) unfortunately he set it up with an email he doesn’t have access to, so he cannot confirm the account. Also he cannot remember his login or password(more than likely he slightly misspelled something and he doesn’t realize it) what does he do ?
