Problems spacing between sections

  on my blog, i’m having issues on the essencial support page. I have used bold letters to help break things up visually, but it’s not enough. I want more space above everything that I have put in all caps, but it won’t do it. It’s all cramped.

  Any suggestions about be appreciated.

  Essentially, I’m trying to put double spaces between lines…
