Problems submitting on itunes

Hi
I’m a newbie to podcasting. Have set up my feed and followed all the steps at feedburner to submit to itunes.When I go to submit my podcast at itunes I paste the URL, it asks me to log in, all good so far then I get the following error
“Podcast cover art must be at least 1400 x 1400 pixel JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests.”
I have no idea what this means or how to fix it. I’ve tried some google answers but they are not clear or simple enough to understand.
If you are kind enough to reply and know a fix, please make your answer like you are telling a little child. Simple step by step. Thx in advance

When you were submitting your feed URL to Feedburner (steps outlined here), can you let me know the exact URL you entered? I’m specifically wondering if the URL was entered with http or https as a prefix.
When I test your RSS feed in iTunes using the following URL, I’m able to play your latest episode:
https://forwhatsaiththescriptureblog.wordpress.com/category/christian/feed/
This seems to indicate we’re close! Just a step or two off.

but finally worked it out. I’ve submitted the podcast with itunes and is currently under review
