Problems to add a Widget

Dear WordPress Team,
I have a problem and can’t solve it myself. I want to add a Widget on my extended footer, but if I fill in the code for the widget it won’t work can you help me please? Do you know why? You can check my German blog there I tried out the widget: http://www.jenniferbachdimdeutsch.com
This is the Code Stylebook gave me :

Hi there,
The widget you’re trying to add won’t work here at WordPress.com. It uses Javascript, which isn’t allowed at WordPress.com for security reasons.
Instead of using that widget code, I’d recommend using our Image Widget. That lets you add a widget with an image in it. You can also link the image to another site so visitors can click the image to go to that site.
