Problems to configure my DNS

  Hi!

  I have problems to configure the DNS.
  I have a domain that is ok. But my webmail is off line.

  My server´s domain sent to me this informations:

  mx.cluster002.whservidor.com
  IN TXT “v=spf1 include:spf.whservidor.com ?all”
  ns macth to NS(IN NS) ns1.dominios.uol.com.br
  pop match to CNAME pop.cluster002.whservidor.com
  pop3 match to CNAME pop.cluster002.whservidor.com
  mail match to CNAME mail.cluster002.whservidor.com
  webmail match to CNAME mail.cluster002.whservidor.com
  correio match to CNAME mail.cluster002.whservidor.com
  pda match to CNAME mail.cluster002.whservidor.com
  mobile match toCNAME mail.cluster002.whservidor.com
  smtp match to CNAME smtp.cluster002.whservidor.com

  But, I changed this data in DNS, but “webmail.professorcristiano.com” is off line.

  What is the problem?

  You just needed to add the webmail portion in:
  CNAME webmail mail.cluster002.whservidor.com.

  I’ve gone ahead and added that for you – please allow 24-48 hours for it to start working.
