Problems to connect with My Site in WordPress

  I have for many years ago the above SITE ADDRESS https://ingenieríaflawsblog.wordpress.com, and it’s currently paid with the Premium Plan, but today it does not recognizes me nor like owner and neither administrator.

  Can you again confirm the URL of the site that no longer recognizes you as the owner? ingenieriaflawsblog.wordpress.com is under the account you are contacting us from, but it is an empty site with no history of being connected with a Premium Plan.
  
  You may be referring to a site that isn’t connected to this account, but once I confirm the address, I’ll be able to confirm that.
