problems to get in my account

  I ´m logged in at my wordpress account, but can´t reach my site http://www.kranewit.wordpress.com. they always say I have none! ‘You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.’ the site exists, but I can’t get into the admin. HELP!

  I have added a tag “modlook” to this topic.

  One of the members from the WordPress.com staff/WordPress.com Happiness Engineers should confirm if the site https://kranewit.wordpress.com/ is indeed linked to your WordPress.com account or not.

  Hi there,

  The site, https://kranewit.wordpress.com/, does not belong to the username you’re using to post here. The hauptsachetheater username was only created two weeks ago, while that site has existed on WordPress.com since 2015.

  To access that site you need to be logged in as the theaterkranewit username which owns that site.

  Were you able to log-in? If not, please read the Account recovery process here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  You can try to reset the password, or also recover the account if you still have the WordPress Activation URL for the website.
