Problems to map a domain name?

  I have a domain and want to add Registro.com in WordPress. But that gives the warning when I try to change the DNS lookup is refused, as if I had nothing on WordPress, I’ve read several times the explanations of the site, but none helped me solve. Please, I need help on this. Thank you.
