Problems to migrate from Blogger to WP

Hi. I am trying to import my blog from blogger using the tool I have in my dashboard. But this tool is not working, probably because the OAuth 1.0 issue. Hence I export the blogger file and I try to convert it to wp format from here https://blogger2wordpress.appspot.com/, but due to the file size (17 MB) is not resulting. What can I do?? Thanks.

First of all, could you let me know that you’ve followed all these instructions to do your export:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/coming-from-blogger/Once you’ve made sure you’ve completed those steps, and you have a completed XML file, could you get back in touch with me and tell me the file size?
If it’s 15MB or under, you can run your import. If it is still over 17MB, let me know and we’ll find a way for you to send me the file so I can attempt that import for you.

Yes, I tried following those steps but I could not do it.
The xml file size is 17.3 MB.
