Problems transferring blog to myself!

Hi,
I want to transfer http://rachelengland.wordpress.com to http://rachelenglandblog.wordpress.com, and free up http://rachelengland.wordpress.com for something else.
I manage both through the same account, but when I try to transfer it it says ‘You cannot transfer to that user’.
Help much appreciated please!Rachel

Blog URLs cannot be changed and once deleted Blog URLs once cannot be recycled and “freed up for someone else”. We Volunteers recommend that you choose to make blogs “private” and use them for testing themes, widgets, etc. you are considering to use on your main blog.As your two blogs are both registered to the same user account you can choose to export the contents out of one and make the visibility “private” and then import the blog content into the second blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-between-wordpress-com-blogs
