Problems updating credit card.

I got notice that my credit card expired and the “No Ads” upgrade is due for renewal tomorrow. I went in to update the credit card but don’t see a link to do so next to that upgrade. However, there was an “update expired credit card” link for a different upgrade and I attempted to do so there. I received an error message that there was a problem authorizing the card.
I had one other upgrade item that had a “renew now” button so I renewed it early to see if the credit card would work there. It did. Yet, it still wouldn’t work when just updating the card on file.
This leaves me with the one item set to expire tomorrow with no way to update the credit card or pay for it.

Hi there, I only see a domain mapping upgrade under the account “hkopel” and it was successfully renewed today (looks like you tried a different credit card and it worked).
I don’t see a No Ads upgrade under the “hkopel” account, do you perhaps have it under a different account? Could you please try a different credit card there to see if it works, and if it does not, let me know which blog the upgrade is associated with, and I’ll be happy to look into it further?

I found another thread that mentioned an upgrade could be linked to an alternate account, and that was the case. I went in through that account and took care of it.
