problems uploading a new post today

  Hi, I’m having problems uploading a new post today. Is anyone else experiencing this? It seems that when I try and type it is not showing in black, but instead in white. I can see this when I highlight over the box, but have no way of changing this a there are no tools showing up at the top of the box. Plus image won’t insert. Any suggestions??

  I always suggest a cookie dance:

  Log out, clear browser cache and cookies, restart computer

  What do your mean but “uploading a post”?
  What are you using to upload the post with?
  Are you using a blog editor? If so which one are you using?
  How are you connecting to the internet and to wordpress.com?
