Problems uploading audio

  Ok

  So im just setting up a new wesite and I want to add a couple of audio files
  Ive bought the space upgrade, and click on ADD AUDIO and select the MP3 file from my hard drive
  but then when its loaded and i click “insert into post” it just comes up as a piece of text
  Am I being really thick here, sorry! Have managed all stuff like pictures and video, im just stumped
