Problems uploading header image

  The custom header image is not uploading. When I press “upload”, the path dissapears. I’ve tried using different computers and different browsers, different image sizes, and still have this problem. When I click on “browse your computer,” choose an image, and press “upload” the link dissapears. Please help! I’ve already followed the steps in your forums.
