Problems uploading images

  Problems uploading images on Andreas09 theme (see here)
  1) Button “upload” no more available upon the “BLOG/wp-admin/upload.php” page
  2) Function “Insert” (an existing image) into a post also broken
  Could someone tell me what to do, please? Thanks a lot by advance.

  Volunteers answering forum questions do not have backend access to blogs and cannot apply technical fixes. Have you considered contacting Staff?

  Yes, the user did. And I added modlooks to make it easier, but till now, we’ve seen nobody. I know that you and some other members know a lot about wordpress, that’s why I tried to get some info over here. Things went bad since this morning in her media library. Till then, everything was okay…
