Problems uploading images

  I have been having problems uploading images to my blog this last 24 hours. I am doing it the same way as I always have and they are the same format as always. I don’t know what the problem is. I have searched the pages here for help but can’t find the right answer. Below is the message that is showing. Any help on what I can do please??? Thanks in advance.

  Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

  What you can try:

  It appears you are connected to the Internet, but you might want to try to reconnect to the Internet.

  Retype the address.

  Go back to the previous page.

  Most likely causes:

  •You are not connected to the Internet.

  •The website is encountering problems.

  •There might be a typing error in the address.

  What is the URL of the blog? What browser and version are you using?

  I think I have Windows 7 from what I understand. Would this make sense??

  a) Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  b) Download and start using a decent browser instead of IE: Firefox or Safari.
