Problems uploading images & Upgrade Promotion

    I am having problems uploading my images. For the last two posts, i have upload errors. I have not changed the format I use for uploading (always. jpg, and never videos), so i am not sure why this happening, nor is there an error number for me to check. Second, i was getting message about an upgrade that was free, but I can’t seem to find that any more. Was there some promotion that I missed?

    Can you let me know the text that appears in the error message?

    Regarding the promotion, do you remember what upgrade it was for? Since you already have a domain on your account, I’m betting that the promotion was a discount on our Premium bundle. When you already own an upgrade that is part of the bundle (a domain in this case), you can purchase the bundle for $79 instead of the usual $99. You can find a list of the included items here:

    Thanx for responding. I tried to recreate the error today, and for some reason, the error did not show. However, to the best of my knowledge, a red box appeared and it simply said “error uploading image”. Could it be that something was happening over the weekend? I have tried uploading the same images, individually and as smaller groups etc. on Friday, SAturday and Sunday. I was not successful, but today, I was able to add the files. What gives?

    I’m not 100% sure what caused the issue. We received a handful of reports, but I wasn’t able to reproduce this. I believe it is related to images with large file size and connection trouble. If you notice this happening again, please let me know.
