Problems Uploading pictures

  About 5% of the time I can upload a picture when I click ‘add media’ to a blog post. All other times I get the message ‘HTML Error’. I am doing nothing different. I am not a technical person….does anyone have simple instructions on how to fix this?

  Additional information:
  I have checked file size. That’s not the issue.
  And, my blog is listed wrong above. It’s http://www.travellikekarin.com
