Problems uploading plugins from woothemes.com (wootique)

  I’m having poroblems installing plugins from woothemes.com. The specific plugin is called wootique which is not unzipping once I upload it to my wordpress account. It’s giving me this error message:

  Unpacking the package…

  Installing the plugin…

  The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

  Plugin install failed.

  Can you help?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no FTP access to WordPress.com free hosted blogs. We bloggers cannot install any plugins. Those are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

  There is no upgrade that you can purchase from WordPress.com that provides FTP access, the ability to install plugins, third party themes and software into free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  But, are you sure you’re asking about a wordpress.com site? You wouldn’t even be able to begin the upload/install here.

  We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs. If you are not referring to a free hosted WordPress.COM blog like http://dynamicgraffix.wordpress.com/ but arr referring to a WordPress.ORG install, then you are posting to the wrong support forum. If you are referring to a WordPress.ORG installs and don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG, click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the correct support forums for your software.
