Problems Uploading Profile Picture

  Every time I try to upload my profile picture, it tells me the picture wasn’t uploaded. I’ve tried many times, but it doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve tried different internet connections and using my cell phone instead of my laptop. I’ve even tried to upload a different picture. I just can’t get any pictures to upload for a profile picture. Everything else works perfectly. If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

  Hi there,

  Are you trying to upload a photo from your WordPress profile?
  Could you please provide any specific errors that appear after the download fails?

  It may be helpful to take a screenshot of the error to debug it.

  Hi!

  I’m trying to upload the picture from my personal storage. When I try to upload the picture, it tells me, ‘Hmm, your new profile picture was not saved. Please try uploading again.’ I took a screenshot of the message, but I’m not sure how to insert it in this comment. Sorry about that. I noticed a list of HTML tags and attributes underneath this comment box, but I’m not sure how to use any of them. 😅

  Hi there,

  I noticed that your Gravatar account was disabled, which would prevent profile images from being uploaded to your WordPress.com account (the services are connected) but I have reactivated your Gravatar, and was able to successfully set your WordPress.com account profile image.
