Problems w/ pingbacks on Daily Post

I’ve written three posts for WordPress Daily Prompts/Daily Posts and tried to ping back the posts to them. For some reason I can’t get them to ping back. I am hosted by Bluehost and they told me to go to WordPress.org and they couldn’t help and told me to come here. I disabled all plugins except for WordPress and Askirmet. I followed the instructions to link exactly as WordPress.com states to. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong here. My theme is Graphene. Maybe WordPress.org people aren’t allowed on WordPress Daily Prompts?? idk.

You should be able to participate even if you are self-hosted. I believe the issue is that I get a 404 error whenever I go to your site as seen here:
Please talk to your host regarding this matter.

That’s odd. If you just attempt to go to my site by http://www.cindyprn.com there is no trouble at all. Why would that be?

Would it have something to do with the permalink settings? I know you asked me to go to my host (Bluehost) but I’m wondering. I really do struggle with this and I’m pretty sure I have bruises on my forehead from banging it on my computer screen for the last several weeks.

Unfortunately since you aren’t hosted with WordPress.com I can’t see what’s going on. Please contact your host regarding this matter – I have no access to your files.
