problems when loading theme

  I am using the free plan for my wordpress site. When I want to customize it and look for another theme, it doesn’t load. But it does in another computer. And it worked in mine also in begining, but then stopped. Is it something to do with my computer settings?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
