Problems when mapping a domain .cat.

  Hello.

  We have the web pepmontes.wordpress.com and have noted and mapped the domain variacions.cat under this URL for the site wordpress.com work. We found that still does not work although the DNS are properly targeted and have mapped the domain. We need your help to resolve this issue.

  Could you give me a bit more information about what you’re trying to do? is there a site at variacions.cat that you are redirecting your WordPress.com site to?

  Or did you want to map variacions.cat so that someone goes to that URL they are brought to your WordPress.com site?

  You had purchased a redirect upgrade which is pointing your WordPress.com site to variacions.com. If you want to point variacions.cat to your WordPress.com site, you’d need the mapping upgrade.

  Let me know which one you want to do, and I’ll help you get it done!

  Hi!

  In pepmontes.wordpress.com we bought a mapping making pepmontes.wordpress.com work with variacions.cat domain. This we have done and paid about 13 euros, but does not recognize it. The domain variacions.cat we have contracted with cdmon.es and have pointed the DNS.

  We write from this user wordpress.com not use the client, but this happens in pepmontes.wordpress.com.

  Thank you for the reply. So do you also own the site at pepmontes.com as well? You have that one mapped as well to pepmontes.wordpress.com but it is a different site.

  Hello helper-brucea.

  Pepmontes.com the site has nothing to do with pepmontes.wordpress.com. Before pepmontes.com he aimed at pepmontes.wordpress.com, but this has changed and points to a new website. Now, to preserve pepmontes.wordpress.com, the customer bought variacions.cat. And so now the primary domain is variacions.cat but instead we have not been able to make it work.

  Hi again –

  I think the site should be working correctly now. It was the Pepmontes.com address that was causing the variacions.cat domain to not work correctly.

  The site pepmontes.wordpress.com was actually mapped to both of those domains. I removed the pepmontes.com one, and the variacions.cat one is working now.
