Problems while trying to import my old site

    Hello!

    I have two backups from my old site. One is a carousel_(name).tar, and the other is a .sql file. Right now I find myself unable to use neither, as I’m requested either a .zip or a .XML.

    Could I have any guidance on how to proceed? Thanks a lot.
